I'm truly disappointed with my experience at this resort. While the view was stunning, everything else fell short. The room was not only dirty but also unbearably noisy, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I feel misled by the online representation of this place, as it does not reflect the reality I encountered upon arrival. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless a major overhaul of the place occurs.

My stay at this resort was far from pleasant. The lack of adequate accommodations for elderly guests was shocking, and the room was poorly maintained and uncomfortable. The toilet access for my elderly mother was almost impossible, which made our stay extremely stressful. If you're looking for a place to relax, this isn’t it because the noise from other guests was unbearable, and the overall standard of cleanliness was highly disappointing.
